OUR MISSION
At boarding at the farm, our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for dogs of all temperaments, especially those who are sensitive and could benefit from behavior wellfare focused care. We believe in humane handling practices that prioritize the emotional well-being of every dog, fostering real connections based on trust and respect.

We recognize that each dog is unique, which is why we empower both pets and their owners with choices that promote comfort and security. Our natural environment encourages exploration and play, allowing dogs to thrive in a low-stress atmosphere.

Through compassionate care and attentive understanding, we strive to create a home away from home where dogs feel loved, secure, and truly understood.

MEET OUR TEAM
FRANCISCO BARRIOS
In 2016 Francisco started working with dogs after he witnessed with his own dogs the connection between behavior and science. He was fascinated by how behavior is shaped by the brain, genetics, history and physiology. The elegance of these relationships led him to learn how to train animals and how to help people with dogs that exhibit fear based reactivity/ aggression and stress related behaviors. His goal in training is to help dogs gain confidence, learn healthy behavior strategies and always promote the dogs unique personality while also giving them the skills to navigate the world in which they live.
He is certified through council for professional dog trainers CPDT-KA and has experience training many species including warthog, emu, donkey, binturong, and owl always using positive and humane training methods.
