What we need for your dog​
 

• Vaccinations: Bordetella (kennel cough)

• Rabies

• DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)

• Food

• Medications if any

• Anything that you think will make your dog's stay more comfortable (toys, crates, beds, etc) as long as it is safe for him/her to have in his/her room.
